About the project
Bespoke micro-sites to allow customers to access online content via 'portal' areas, branded according to the customers specific requirements.
Having discussed with the CCH Sales Manager that there were issues with regard to 'key account' customers struggling to access their products I suggested building bespoke landing pages, that would offer a more personal feel, to both the client and their users. I suggested that additional support information was clearly available so this page could potentially resolve any potential problems.
At the time sites were provided for the likes of HMRC, Rolls Royce, Lloyds Bank and BP.
